Okinawa tour aug 2009

In aug I visited Okinawa for the first time and attended training with Hokama sensei of the (IKO) International Kenshi Kai organisation.
I found hokama sensei a incredible teacher with tremendous amount of knowledge on karate and kobudo.

His knowledge on the nerve centres were amazing. A very likable teacher with all styles visting and training with him. What was so starnge to see was two Kyokushin karateka from Australia

This month we cleaned a huge amount of spam from the site and installed additional blocks and updates to prevent such.

site updates delayed as we had a major clean-up and killed off several thousand spam messages by a token 20 spammers. Site speed increased 36%
