Traditional Goju-Ryu Karate in Silicon Valley

Seiwakai Karate Silicon Valley (SKSV) was founded to preserve the legacy of traditional Karate and Japanese Budo in the Bay Area. While many dojo struggle with the high costs of the region, our mission is to provide world-class Karate training that remains accessible to our neighbors in Menlo Park, Palo Alto, Redwood City, Mountain View, and the surrounding Silicon Valley communities. Goju-Ryu Karate-do carries the authentic teaching methods of the founder, Miyagi Chojun and our curriculum focuses on:

  • Character Development: Fortifying the mind and body through rigorous training to build a strong competitive spirit.
  • Establishing a Permanent Budokan: Building a dedicated training hall for the Silicon Valley community.
  • Citizenship & Cultural Education: Promoting the ethics, philosophy, and principles of Japanese Budo.
  • Consistent Legacy: Propagating Karate-do for future generations at an affordable cost.
