In an effort to further organize equitable efforts for Seiwakai USA members in addition to all member dojo of the JKF Gojukai in the USA we have organized two questionnaires hosted in Google Drive for both current and potential or future members.

We are organizing our Seiwakai USA members data to better understand our demographics and project our future. This data is not for public use or distribution. Only senior members in Japan and the USA shall have access. Minimal personal information is required. Many existing member records are missing specific data, have not yet been recorded or require updates. We are merging this information into one single file.

We are organizing our JKF Gojukai USA membership to more accurately project testing, record grades and, to better understand our demographics. This data is not for public use. Only executive directors in Japan and the USA shall have access. Minimal personal information is required. Many existing records are missing specific data, have not yet been recorded or require updates. This new data will merge into one single master file in the future.

Both Google Drive questionnaires are tailored to organize similar data clearly for the separate organizations.
