The martial arts world recently suffered a devastating loss. We deeply mourn the passing of Sensei Rodney Hu Jr., my karate brother was an exceptional practitioner, and a highly respected member of our extended community.

As the son of the legendary Rodney Hu Sr., Rodney Jr. carried forward a profound martial arts legacy with incredible dedication and honor. He was widely recognized as a rising star in the karate world. Beyond his undeniable physical talents, he will be remembered for his steadfast spirit, his camaraderie, and the indelible mark he left on everyone who had the privilege of sharing the tatami with him.
