Return to training 2024

Welcome back to training and again Happy New Year!
If you hadn’t seen the previous Happy New Year message, it is posted at –
We have returned to training however just as fast as it started, please remember that there is no training on Monday January 15th as our Menlo Park facility will be closed in observance of the Martin Luther King Holiday.
Our general calendar is as follows:

| Wednesdays Beginners Traditional Karate | January 10th 2024 – March 20th 2024 | 5:45 PM – 7:00 PM | Register |
| Wednesdays Experienced Traditional Karate | January 10th 2024 – March 20th 2024 | 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM | Register |
- Beginners training – Mondays at 5:45 pm.
- Beginners training – Wednesdays at 5:45 pm.
- Palo Alto / Stanford / Menlo Park participants at Arrillaga Recreation 700 Alma St, Menlo Park, CA.
- Beginners may attend the 7 pm class and vice versa with instructor approval or recommendation.
- Experienced training – Mondays at 7:00 pm.
- Experienced training – Wednesdays at 7:00 pm.
- Palo Alto / Stanford / Menlo Park participants at Arrillaga Recreation 700 Alma St, Menlo Park, CA.
